Throwing a birthday party that is unique, fun, and memorable is always a challenge, but with a wine tour party bus, you can easily up the ante and make the birthday girl feel extra special. In this blog post, we’ll guide you through the process of planning a wine tour birthday party in Charlotte, NC, including what we did, tips and tricks, and different options you can choose from.

The itinerary:

• Meet at a central location at 12:00pm.
• Leave at 12:25pm and travel 50 minutes to Hilton Vineyard at the Vines, arriving at 1:20pm.
• Tasting at 1:45pm.
• Leave at 2:20pm and travel 10 minutes to Kefi Vineyards, arriving at 2:30pm.
• Enjoy a charcuterie board and two glasses of wine.
• Leave at 3:20pm and travel 10 minutes to Treehouse Vineyards, arriving at 3:30pm.
• Tasting at 4pm and a tour at 4:30pm.
• Leave at 4:45pm and travel 45 minutes back to the starting location, arriving at 5:30pm.
• Get back and order pizza! Or at least that’s what we did 🙂

The game and teams: To add a little extra excitement to the party, I created a points game and teams, with the team that had the most points at the end winning a prize. This is a fun way to promote the birthday girl and keep everyone engaged throughout the day.

Venues and discounts: Before the party, I contacted all the venues to get deals and discounts, and planned the route that would be the best for us. We also had backup options in case anything changed.
